We have finally launched our newest version of Peoplise with our lovely clients after months of blood, sweat and tears.

It was a great pleasure for us to reveal our brand spanking new features: easy drag & drop feature to manage candidates, fit score algorithm, customized flow creation and chat bot solutions, to name a few.

We also delved deeper into digital HR trends, employee engagement and neuromarketing effects on recruitment. We partnered with Neurolize and conducted a neuromarketing experiment with our clients to understand how biases work on recruitment decisions. Promise, nobody was harmed during the experiment. Our co-founder Guclu and our HR-superman Cagatay gave very insightful presentations on the digitalization of HR processes & employee engagement. One of the key conclusions of the day was the importance of having a talent experience that commences the engagement process much earlier than the first day at work. As employee engagement gets more fragile and elusive in the talent market, companies need to start building an integrated approach between branding, recruitment and engagement.Especially when close to 70 million Gen Z’ers are coming into the workforce in the near future.
